Consultation & Examination

Before any treatment, we take the time to fully understand your condition. During your initial consultation, we conduct a detailed case history, discussing your symptoms, lifestyle, and any past injuries. This is followed by a physical examination, where we assess joint mobility, muscle function, and nervous system health to identify the root cause of your pain.

If we believe further investigations are necessary, such as X-rays, MRI scans, or blood tests, we will refer you to your GP or a specialist for additional assessment. Our goal is to provide a clear and accurate diagnosis so we can tailor the most effective treatment plan for you.

Explanation & Prognosis

We believe that clear communication is key to your recovery. After your examination, we provide a detailed explanation of your condition, why it’s happening, and how we can help. We ensure you fully understand:

What is causing your pain?

Which treatment approach will work best for you?

How long will it take to heal?

How many sessions are likely needed for recovery?

We make sure that at every step, you feel comfortable, informed, and in control. Before starting any treatment, we gain your full consent and encourage you to ask any questions. Our aim is to empower you with knowledge and give you realistic expectations about your progress.

Treatment

Once we have identified the issue and discussed your prognosis, we begin a tailored treatment plan designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve function. Treatment may include spinal adjustments to restore movement, joint mobilisation to ease stiffness, and soft tissue therapy to reduce muscle tension and improve circulation. Where beneficial, we may also incorporate acupuncture to assist with pain relief and inflammation reduction. Additionally, we provide rehabilitation exercises to strengthen weak areas, improve posture, and prevent future injuries.

Throughout your treatment journey, we maintain ongoing communication to ensure you feel comfortable and informed at every stage. Consent is always gained before proceeding with any hands-on treatment, and adjustments to your plan can be made based on your progress. Our approach is not just about relieving immediate symptoms—we aim to provide long-term solutions that support your overall well-being and help prevent future issues.
